How it happens
- Background and Briefing: Your meeting. Your office. Your situation. Goal: Identify your main issues. Sync them up with your corporate strategy. Your time commitment: 3 uninterrupted hours.
- Workshop: Your people and our people collaborate and channel new ideas in a guided and fun process. Together, we’ll create great ideas in mass quantities. Your time commitment: 3 amazing, energizing hours.
- Production: Thinkfactory refines and expands on what we created in Workshop. We add an additional internal idea session to capture more ideas. We refine and polish hours of thinking into a coherent whole.
- Presentation: Thinkfactory produces a comprehensive presentation of the best of the best ideas we’ve produced together. It may include campaign ideas, recommendation papers, design comps, mockups, T-shirts, videos, photos, and prototypes. You’ll get new initiatives that touch on marketing, PR, brand management, product and service design, customer service and more. Your time commitment: 4 hours for presentation and follow-up discussion.
