Bookkeeper

Under man­age­ment super­vi­sion, a Book­keeper admin­is­ters and exe­cutes stan­dard account­ing and admin­is­tra­tive activ­i­ties. This is a full time posi­tion report­ing to the VP of Finance and is located in our main office in down­town Memphis.

Responsibilities

  • Billing
  • Payroll
  • Cash receipts/cash applications
  • Collections
  • Journal entries
  • Maintenance of accounts payable/accounts receivable
  • Monthly closing activities
  • Identification of accounting discrepancies
  • New hire documentation and related record-keeping and activities
  • Maintenance and filing of all current and historical critical business documents
  • Explanation of billing, invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients
  • Interaction with internal and external auditors and accountants to facilitate audits, financial reviews, tax preparation, and similar activities

Requirements

  • An associate's degree or its equivalent with at least 2 years of experience
  • Familiarity with the standard concepts, practices, and procedures of accounting
  • Ability to use experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals

Account Exec­u­tive

A Memphis-based inter­ac­tive com­pany seeks a full-time Account Exec­u­tive.  Lokion cre­ates dig­i­tal and brand expe­ri­ences that help clients gen­er­ate aware­ness, loy­alty, and growth. From craft­ing com­pre­hen­sive inter­ac­tive mar­ket­ing cam­paigns to build­ing cus­tom appli­ca­tions, Lokion spe­cial­izes in serv­ing clients with a potent mix of tech­nol­ogy, strat­egy, and cre­ativ­ity. Requires a pro­fes­sional, charis­matic and hyper-intelligent per­son with an amaz­ing abil­ity to grasp busi­ness mod­els, mar­ket­ing ini­tia­tives and tech­nol­ogy quickly and with poise.  Must be con­ver­sant in a wide vari­ety of  online are­nas:  social media, user expe­ri­ence, emerg­ing tech­nolo­gies, plat­forms, and devel­op­ment processes and must keep cur­rent on same.  Can pre­pare and deliver a com­pelling and per­sua­sive pre­sen­ta­tion or pro­posal to a client with accu­rate time­lines and cost esti­mates.  Can develop solid, use­ful online mar­ket­ing ini­tia­tives that get results.  Sense of humor a most use­ful skill.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and growing identified client accounts as assigned, identifying new opportunities inside these accounts.  Also responsible for client satisfaction and delight with our services.
  • RFP response and proposal development – research, budget and pricing estimates, timelines, benchmarking.
  • Identify revenue opportunities with existing clients and communicate them to management and resource personnel.  Follow-up on these opportunities and turn them into solid projects.
  • Close and assist in closing business deals, reviewing contracts, etc.
  • Establish and enforce effective communication plans within team and with client, communicating with clients on a regular basis.
  • Work with team to create and present project schedules, milestones and pricing for clients.
  • Formulating and defining scope and objective for assigned projects.
  • Responsible for ensuring team is properly and promptly addressing client needs, both proactively and reactively.
  • Work with project management to enforce change management procedures, scope management internally and with client in a nice manner.
  • Identify opportunities, risks and contingency plans for client projects.
  • Support team efforts with research as needed.
  • Contributing feedback and input into Lokion marketing and communication materials.
  • Responsible for overseeing proper client billing.

Requirements

  • BS or BA.
  • A minimum of 2 – 5 years of marketing or sales experience required.
  • Interactive experience required and agency experience preferred.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.  Experience with Microsoft Project a plus.
  • Strong understanding of project methodology needed.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate internal and client meetings, reviews, etc.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, comprehensive communications a must.
  • Some travel required.

This is an excel­lent posi­tion for a devel­oper famil­iar with ATG to advance their skillset and join a grow­ing, well-established devel­op­ment team.

This posi­tion is avail­able for remote work, but may require some travel. The appli­cant should be com­fort­able with travel and over­time as required.

Inter­ac­tive Expe­ri­ence Designer / Usabil­ity Consultant

As an Inter­ac­tive Expe­ri­ence Designer / Usabil­ity Con­sul­tant at Lokion, you will lead user-centered design processes to improve the usabil­ity, use­ful­ness, and desir­abil­ity of the dig­i­tal expe­ri­ences we cre­ate. The ideal can­di­date will be an expe­ri­enced dig­i­tal designer / usabil­ity prac­ti­tioner with solid work sam­ples and a flex­i­ble skillset who can han­dle a range of project types – often simul­ta­ne­ously – work­ing both col­lab­o­ra­tively and inde­pen­dently to guide our clients towards smart dig­i­tal design deci­sions, appro­pri­ate tech­nol­ogy, and solid busi­ness strat­egy. You present well, know how to doc­u­ment just enough and keep the big-picture in mind while work­ing through com­plex details.

Responsibilities

  • Work in close collaboration with clients and internal teams to guide interaction strategy including customer experience mapping, content strategy, ROI calculations, feature prioritization, and user experience optimization.
  • Manage, facilitate, analyze, and otherwise contribute to quantitative and qualitative audience research including requirements elicitation, behavioral analytics, contextual field research, persona creation and usage, surveys, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing… or whatever else it takes to understand what will delight the folks for whom we design.
  • Model user experience interactions, information architecture and user interface for web sites, applications and other digital content on multiple devices and platforms through internal and external deliverables such as research summaries, benchmarking reports, requirements documentation, site maps, user stories, process flow diagrams, use cases, interface concept sketches, wireframes, content inventories, usability test plans, recruitment scripts, audience and stakeholder interview scripts, usability session scripts, or whatever it takes to get the point across.
  • Participate in client workshops, meetings, and presentations related to interaction design, strategy, usability and information architecture.
  • Develop client relationships that foster trust, while continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen our impact on businesses.
  • Collaborate with visual designers, technical developers, and project managers to generate superb interactive experience designs and happy clients.
  • Contribute to Lokion’s positive internal culture and teamwork atmosphere, and uphold the commitment to authenticity and quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in digital design, information architecture, user interface design, user experience, usability, human factors, interaction strategy or related fields.
  • Ability to elicit business strategy, functional requirements and feature prioritization from clients, and to balance these with user needs and technological constraints.
  • Participation in audience and usability research through benchmarking, heuristic reviews, surveys, analytics, stakeholder interviews, focus groups, contextual inquiry, usability testing or similar methods.
  • A practical portfolio of work samples such as activity diagrams, site maps, navigation systems, wireframes, user interface designs, etc.
  • Proficiency in use of Axure, iRise, Balsamiq, Visio or other tools for user interface modeling and rapid prototyping.
  • Experience working in small collaborative teams, especially in a consulting agency or professional services environment, a plus.
  • Familiarity with web / software development life cycles / methodology, particularly Agile, and ability to communicate constructively with designers and developers.
  • Superb writing and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate persuasively and resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and resolve problems proactively.
